How do I find a specific item on your site?
Beadsnfashion has incorporated a powerful search engine into its site. Simply begin to type the item you're looking for into the Search box and our intuitive search begins to list the most relevant and popular results for the search term you've entered. You can use the search box to find a broad range of products by typing a color, brand, or material. But you can also be very specific to drill right down to the product you're looking for. You can even search by SKU if you're looking for an item you've previously ordered.
Another way to find items is by using the navigation bar located on the left of every page or from the Main Menu
Do you sell wholesale?
We offer wholesale Discounts. Check the wholesale Offers page [ footer of the page].
While not categorically a wholesale site, Beadsnfashion takes into consideration the total merchandise value of your order and offers discounts
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a traditional printed catalog, (people still do that?), but we think we have a pretty nifty website!
Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
We have based out Agra, City of Taj, and have a store here. For any other place, Beadsnfashion sells its products online only. Our focus is on our online customers and bringing them inspiring products at great prices.
May I place an order over the phone?
Sorry, all orders must be placed online but we're pleased to answer all your product order questions if you contact us at support@beadsnfashion.com
How do I place an order?
Once you have found the item you wish to purchase simply click the "add to cart" button. Each time you add an item to your cart you'll be taken to your shopping cart where you can:
Change the quantity of any item in your cart
Delete any item in your cart
Continue shopping
Enter a coupon or gift code before paying
Proceed to checkout
Note that you can easily navigate back to your cart by clicking the "Cart & Checkout" link located at the top of every page.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, you are notified via email and SMS about receiving the order and we begin processing it. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. 120000XXXX), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered with pricing and other details of products and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified by Email and SMS when we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s). You receive SMS when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock?
Unfortunately, products listed as Out of Stock are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability, you must be login to your account before using the "Notify Me" feature of the website.
I'm ready to pay, now what??
Click "Proceed to Checkout" from the "Cart & Checkout" page. If you've shopped with us before you'll be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you're a new customer you'll be asked for your contact information, a simple one-page form and you're good to go!
My cart emptied, what happened?
Check your computer's security settings and be certain your browser is set to accept cookies. On most PCs, this is done from a browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, etc. Click on the "Tools" menu and select the Privacy tab at the top. Add www.beadsnfashion.com to your list of sites that you accept cookies from.
Can I shop for a period of days without losing the contents of my cart?
Yes. Beadsnfashion has a perpetual cart, meaning that the contents of your cart won't disappear even if you have to. And by logging in you can use another computer to continue your order.
How does Wishlist work?
Not ready for commitment? No Problem. Instead of selecting "Add to Cart", you can select "Add to Wishlist" located directly below the add to cart button. It's easy to navigate back to your wish list (or cart) from the navigation links located at the top of every page.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Beadsnfashion?
You can shop on Beadsnfashion by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own Beadsnfashion account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout, and a public wish list. You will also be able to rate/review products and Brands.

What do I need to know before getting an order gift wrapped?
* Gift wrap is chargeable at ₹50 per order
* Gift-wrap option is only available when the brand is BeadsnFashion
* Cash-on-Delivery orders cannot be gift wrapped

How much will the shipping cost?
No extra/hidden shipping cost for domestic [within India] deliveries. Pay only what you see. Only in case of CoD orders, the customer is required to pay an additional charge of Rs 55 / order / Jewellery Materials & on Jewellery Rs. 75 / Order value min 250 Rs. Freight for International shipments is available at the checkout page, there are courier options available charged extra. The COD facility is not available for overseas delivery.
We ship via FedEx, Delivery, Ecom Express, and Blue Dart. some areas which are not covered by them are served through EMS speed post.
DHL / FedEx 3-5 business days [Trackable]
We ship to all countries served by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and DHL eCommerce. For further info, check their respective websites
You cannot ship to my area. Why?
If your pin code area is not covered by our Logistics partner, we cannot ship to your area.
Why is my package delayed in shipping?
In some cases, the courier does not pick parcel at the time due to holidays or excess load with them or some other reason, as the such pickup is done the next day so your parcel may be delayed by a day or 2.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
If any customers want to return any item then the customer has to notify us by email. We will email the courier print slips. Remember this is a must and the courier will not pick it up without a computer label print. If you do not have a print facility then the only option is that you have to send the packet by speed post [ we will reimburse you the shipping charges].
Does Beadsnfashion deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to all Destinations using DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DHL eCommerce
What are the delivery charges?

How can I track the status of my order?

Why was my credit card declined?
Often the reason for a card decline is that the billing address information you provided at checkout doesn't match the billing information on file with the credit card company. In this case, the card is declined as a security measure by our card processor.
My credit card was declined and yet it appears I was still charged.
The reason why a charge appears (or sometimes multiple charges) is because your card company DID approve the charge with each attempt and your bank held the funds in reserve against your account. However, funds were never actually transferred to us because of the decline by our card processor. Your bank will correct the balance in just a day or two.
What is Cash on Delivery?

With C-O-D you can pay in cash at the time of delivery of the product at your doorstep. When are Refunds provided?
As beadsnfashion received a customer returned parcel and after insure of the issue, we provide you with the amount in form of coupons [These have lifetime validity].
I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?
As beadsnfashion receives your product, the replaced products will be shipped to you.
What is the pickup process? Why have I been asked to ship the item?
A customer placed an order at that time showing processing.
As the vendor confirmed your order it will show invoiced.
As your parcel has been picked it will be shipped then you can track your parcel status.
As the customer revived the parcel it will show delivered status. I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product.
What do I do?
If the customer can remove any product from their own shopping cart.
Just log in and go to cart item and which product you want to remove click delete them.
It will remove from the customer cart.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
